AraGreens Residences, another green building on PPC’s green portfolio, is part of the AraGreens Wellness and Healthcare City in Ara Damansara. This phase 1 project consists of the construction of 6 blocks of 14 storey high service apartments, 1 floor of 700 units of Penthouse Duplex, a multipurpose hall, 3 floors of basement car parks, swimming pool, management offices, clubhouse, recreational facilities and other utilities services.
AraGreens Residences is also designed to achieve GBI Certification and GreenMark Gold+ green ratings.
